Beam Desktop App - No Beams Available
Upon logging into the Beam App, you may encounter the message:
"You have no Beams available to you. Please ask a Beam administrator to add you to a group."
Please see the list below for possible causes:
- Confirm you are using the correct username and email associated with the organization to which you are trying to connect.
- Confirm with the organization administrator that you have been added to a particular device group.
- Confirm you are using the appropriate authentication method, e.g.Google or SSO.
