Status Guide

Beam Status Descriptions 
 
= Beam is ready for use.
= Errors detected on Beam. Hover your mouse over the icon to view the error.
= A keyboard is currently connected to the Beam. Remove the keyboard to begin beaming.
= A remote user is currently testing the connection between the pilot and the Beam.
= Another user is currently connected to the Beam. Beam only allows 1 (one) user per session.
= Beam is powered off or disconnected from the local network.
= Your account is in an active Beam call on another pilot application.
 = Your user account is not authorized to access the Beam at that time. 
= The Beam is undergoing a software update. This process could take up to 5 minutes.
