Beam Service and Support Subscription

An annual Beam Service and Support Subscription fee is required for all new Beam purchases. This service includes:

  • Connectivity to our dedicated and secure Beam network
  • Access to globally positioned Beam relays
  • Updates to Beam OS and Beam App software
  • Remote support from our Customer Success Department
  • Unlimited number of user licenses

As an exception, all Beam Standard devices purchased on or before July 1st, 2016 are exempt; therefore, no annual subscription fee is required for use of Suitable Technologies resources.
