Beam Authorized Distributors and Warranty Assurance

A Message to our Customers:

Suitable Technologies is dedicated to delivering a superior, leading-edge product to our valued customers with the collaboration of our trusted authorized distributors. To better serve our global consumer, Suitable hand-selects partners based on industry standard customer-satisfaction performance and geographic positioning. 

Our policy constitutes the service and repair of Beam hardware secured through an authorized distribution team or Suitable Technologies only. To file a claim for repair services, you must provide the original factory serial number and/or proof of purchase at the time of the request. Insufficient data may result in the decline of services. 

Please be advised, products purchased outside of an unauthorized party could be defective, damaged, or stolen. Beams acquired with active lease agreements remain the property of Suitable Technologies and will be collected. Beam service will be terminated for all devices unaccompanied by an active service plan.
