Lease your BeamPro for 3 years with an initial payment of $4,950 — $2,500 of which is a refundable security deposit. The first monthly payment of $495 commences on the acceptance date of the BeamPro system and continues at $495 per month thereafter. If at any time you are not happy with your BeamPro, you may return it for a refund of your security deposit*. Each entity or group of affiliates shall be permitted to lease a maximum of 5 BeamPros under this lease program.
To Begin
- The lease program begins with a $4,950 payment. This includes a $2,500 refundable security deposit and shipping costs to a continental U.S. address.
- A credit card is required for all payments.
- One BeamPro System with Assisted Driving (AD) LiDAR, one dock (i.e., charging station), service and support subscription, hardware warranty, initial shipping to a continental US address, and the advanced admin interface are included in the lease.

Monthly Fees
- After acceptance of BeamPro, your credit card will be charged $495 a month, and each month thereafter for the term of the lease.
- All BeamPro support, hardware protection, and service subscription coverage are included during the lease term.
Return Policy
- You may return your leased BeamPro before 3 years (36 months) and discontinue service subject to 30 days written notice. You are responsible for the return shipping, whether BeamPro is returned before or at the end of the original 36 month term. The BeamPro is required to be returned in the original shipping packaging (additional packaging is available for purchase if you lose the original packaging; shipping without the designated packaging may damage the equipment).
- When the BeamPro is received in satisfactory condition and all unpaid lease fees due have been paid, your security deposit of $2,500 will be refunded and credit card charges will stop.
Ownership
- Anytime during the 3 year lease term, or at the expiration of the 3 year lease term, you may opt to purchase your leased BeamPro at a pre-agreed option price pursuant to a Purchase Option Price Schedule set forth in the definitive Lease Agreement.
- For example, if you opt to purchase at the end of the 3 year term, $3,145 is required in order to own your BeamPro (plus applicable taxes). Your security deposit of $2,500 may be applied directly toward this purchase to minimize your out-of-pocket purchase outlay. After you own the system, a yearly service and support fee will be required, currently $395 per year or $995 for a 3 year package.
