Beam Error - Range Finder Missing (-6303)

If your BeamPro is equipped with the Assisted Driving LIDAR, you may experience a Range Finder Missing error. This typically occurs when the wire for the LIDAR becomes loose or disconnected.

Troubleshooting Range Finder Missing 
  1. Remove the base lid of the BeamPro. 
  2. If your unit has a USB hub, check to ensure all cables connected to the hub are secure. 
  3. Ensure the cable connected to the LIDAR is also seated securely. 
Note: It may take up to 60 seconds for the Range Finder Missing error to clear after the cables are reconnected.
